Supporting Recovery through Trauma Informed Connection

Friday, April 27, 2018 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
This event does not repeat

This workshop will explore the power of connection and the science of trauma. Everyone is recovering from some event whether it be a single incident or a lifetime battle with addiction. Although the experiences may be different, a strong support system for anyone in recovery is invaluable.

Although the discussion will center on supporting other people in recovery, the principles of connection and the impact that one person can have in the life of a recovering individual applies to all. Come join us as we talk about practical ways to apply this information with all of the clients we encounter.
